How do you ensure the items are clean and safe for my baby?

Your child's health and safety are our absolute priorities. We follow a rigorous 4-stage medical-grade sanitization protocol after every single rental:

  1. Professional Steam Cleaning: We use high-pressure 120°C steam to deep-clean fabrics and hard-to-reach corners, naturally eliminating 99.9% of bacteria and allergens.
  2. Hypoallergenic Laundry: All removable textile covers and liners are machine-washed using eco-friendly, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic detergents specially designed for sensitive newborn skin.
  3. Surface Disinfection: All plastic and metal frames are thoroughly wiped down with hospital-grade, non-toxic disinfecting solutions that are safe for children.
  4. UV-C Sterilization: As a final step, items undergo UV-C light treatment. This medical-grade technology ensures total sterilization, reaching areas where traditional cleaning might not.

How can I book my items?

Simply select your desired items and rental dates. In the cart, please provide your flight number (or arrival time) and the name of your car rental company (if you'd like delivery to the airport or rental office). For deliveries to villas, Airbnbs, or hotels, enter the full address during checkout. We accept all major payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Where do I collect my gear?

We offer a "meet and greet" service. We can deliver your items directly to your car rental agency’s office or meet you at the airport arrivals hall so you can start your journey without delay.

Will the equipment fit in my rental car?

Yes! We have specifically selected compact, travel-friendly models designed for easy transport. Our strollers, cribs, and high chairs are engineered to take up minimal trunk space, leaving plenty of room for your suitcases.

Where do you deliver and what is the cost?

Faro Airport Zone: Delivery to the airport and all local car rental agencies is FREE.

Other Areas: For deliveries to Vilamoura, Quarteira, Albufeira, and the "Golden Triangle," a flat delivery fee of €35 applies.

How do I return the equipment?

Returning is easy! Just send us a quick message via WhatsApp or Telegram with your name when you are ready. If you are at the airport or a local car rental office, a member of our team will meet you at your car within 7 minutes to collect the items.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of €100 per order is required. This covers the equipment in case of loss or non-return.

When will my deposit be refunded?

We process the deposit refund on the same day the equipment is returned. Once released, the timeframe for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing policy.
