Terms of service

Rental Agreement & Terms By booking with Playful Foresight Unipessoal LDA, you agree to:

  1. Equipment Use: The equipment (car seats, strollers, etc.) must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  2. Security Deposit: A mandatory security deposit of €100 is required for every order. This is held to cover potential damages, extreme dirtiness, or loss of equipment.

  3. Liability: The customer is responsible for the safety of the child while using the equipment. Playful Foresight Unipessoal LDA is not liable for accidents resulting from improper installation or use.

  4. Flight Information: The customer must provide a valid flight number. We track flights, but if your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours, you must contact us via WhatsApp immediately.

  5. Late Returns: Late returns without prior notice will be charged at a daily rate.
