Cancellations and Refunds We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy for rentals is as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before delivery.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or "no-shows" at the airport.

Security Deposit: The €100 security deposit is not a payment; it is a temporary hold or deposit returned in full immediately after the equipment is returned in its original, clean, and working condition.

Early Returns: No refunds are provided for early returns of equipment before the end of the rental period.
